How to Keep Your Baby’s Skin Moisturized
To avoid drying out your baby's skin, bathe them only a few times per week in lukewarm water
with a mild cleanser free of dyes, phthalates, and fragrances. Make sure to rinse away all of the
cleanser so that nothing remains on your baby's skin. Spot-clean any soiled areas in between
baths by gently wiping with a soft washcloth.
It is critical to lock in the moisture from the bath so your baby's skin does not dry out and to
replenish the skin barrier after bathing. Begin by patting your baby dry (do not rub! ), then
apply an emollient-style moisturiser all over their body in a thin layer.BabynU’s gentle
moisturizer is the ideal and best choice for all mothers as its filled with the goodness of
essential oils which helps to lockin the moisturizer for long hours. Avoid allowing moisturiser to
accumulate in skin folds.Furthermore, if your baby's skin feels or appears dry, you can
incorporate moisturising into your routine several times a day, perhaps as a nice massage before
naps or after a feeding. And while you're at it, lather it on yourself!
